Former collegiate + professional athlete Thaddeas Acree (aka ‘TJ’) recognized early-on the value of hard work and tireless perseverance.  In college he worked his way from the bottom of the practice squad to top honors as an all conference wide receiver and 4 time champion while completing a BBA degree in Marketing. When the stakes were raised and his livelihood depended on professional-level performance, again he worked hard to prove without a doubt that his contribution was integral to the teams’ success, earning another championship and providing a solid foundation for his family to flourish.

 

His experience through football + higher education provided an unbreakable foundation based in grit and finesse, mental toughness and compassion, physical sacrifice and mindful preservation,  and reverence for authentic & grounded honor. The level of respect and gratitude for his teammates, coaches, support staff, and most importantly fans grew with every successful season, and every championship.

 

Ācree now focuses his attention and efforts on providing the same level of care and precision to support and lead the PRO+HÂUS team.  With groundbreaking concept integration, balanced & proactive compensation programs, collaborative partnerships, and fierce protection of our community, Acree works hard every day to ensure that agents and administrators are doing not only what’s best for our clients and families, but also what’s best for our city, our neighbors, and our state.
